COVID-19 patient screening precautions

At MedCare Clinics we have a responsibility to prioritize the health and safety of our patients, healthcare providers and staff. To mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we are enforcing the following precautions:
If you are experiencing cold or ﬂu-like symptoms, such as cough, shortness of breath and/or fever, please call our clinic to reschedule your appointment for a minimum 14 days after your symptoms subside.
If you or someone you know have been in contact with a COVID-19 positive person please call our clinic to reschedule your appointment for a minimum 14 days after your initial contact with the person.
If you or someone you know has traveled outside of Canada over the past 14 days, please call our clinic to reschedule your appointment for a minimum 14 days after returning to Canada or having such contact.

Upon your arrival at our clinic, we will ask you a few short COVID-19 screening questions. A quick temperature check will also take place.
All patients and visitors while in the clinic will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, MedCare Clinics will provide one.
All patients and visitors will be required to social distance and practice proper hand hygiene during their visit.
